Nourishment in Guatemala

My trip last week to Guatemala was nourishing for the mind, body, and soul. There’s something special about being able to unplug (very little Wi Fi, no emails coming in on my cell phone). Spending time with DH over a dinner table without the TV on. Breathing in the fresh mountain air. Taking communion in the global church. Listening to proud farmers talk about how they transformed their barren hillside into productive agriculture to provide for their families.

Pictures speak louder than words.
