Sorrel & Chive Dip with Spring Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sorrel, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup chives, roughly chopped
  • 1 green garlic (or 2 cloves garlic)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 pound asparagus
  • 1 bunch radishes

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine mayonnaise, sorrel, chives, and garlic. Taste and add salt and pepper as needed.
  2. Serve with radishes, asparagus, or other assorted spring vegetables.
