Time saving tip: clean up as you go so when you’re done preparing dish there isn’t an overwhelming pile of dirty dishes.

just time in general. also cost – i’m about to experience a large decrease in income so budget and being able to purchase whole good quality food is going to become even more of an issue.

the combat fatigue chapter really interests me – w/ working 2 jobs and long commutes i find that i’m frequently tired and so pushing myself to actually cook is sometimes difficult.

Cleaning up! I would cook whole foods all day if I didn’t have to do the dishes. Do dishwashers even save time? I really am starting to doubt it.
