With all the travel I’ve had this fall, Christmas just totally snuck up on me. And then there are the parties that seem to come out of nowhere . . . like last night’s homebrew club party that DH somehow forgot to mention to me. It was fun but it was a bit embarrassing to bring quinoa salad from Costco. At least DH took it out of the package and put it in a bowl.

Anyhow, I have lots more parties to come and I’m sure impromptu gatherings with friends who come in from out of town between now and New Year’s. So I’m looking forward to this Sunday’s #SundaySupper theme which is Last Minute Holiday Recipes. After Sunday I plan to be prepared!

This is also my first time co-hosting the festivities, so a huge shout out to TR Crumbley of Gluten Free Crumbley for helping me ensure that things go smoothly.

Here is a sneak preview of the recipes that will be shared. Also don’t forget to join the Twitter chat on Sunday for even more ideas and tips!
