Yes, I’m on the road again! I had to make a trip to Vancouver for work, and we flew to Seattle because it was much cheaper. So while I’m eating airport food, what does DH do?
He makes stuffed peppers and posts them on FaceBook for me to drool over. How rude is that?

Bell peppers stuffed with Basmati rice, heirloom tomatoes, Onions, Shallots, Garlic a few spices, bacon and venison. Topped with some pepper-jack cheese and a drizzle of sweet BBQ sauce.

Giddy on up home! YUM! That looks delish! I love stuffed peppers…my mama used to make them when I was a kid. Hers were stuffed with a hamburger/rice mixture and topped with some kind of a tomatoey sauce. SO good!
