I was pretty geeked when Collective Bias wanted me to let my readers know about the Diamond Snack Bowl 2011 Contest. Diamond has some fairly healthy snacks.

I was pretty geeked when Collective Bias wanted me to let my readers know about the Diamond Snack Bowl 2011 Contest. Diamond has some fairly healthy snacks.

Not only can you enter to win instant prizes (it’s easy and super fun to click on the little helmets), but you can get coupons for Pop Secret (great low cal snack), Emerald Nuts (another healthy snack), and Kettle chips (OK, not so healthy but I admit I love  ’em!).

Why not pop over now and give it a try? If you win, you have to come back and tell us!

If you didn’t win, here is a consolation prize: Links to 10 of my favorite snack recipes!

  1. Kale Chips
  2. Black Bean Dip
  3. Sprout Hummus
  4. Hummus and Pita Bread
  5. Green Surprise Dip
  6. Garlic Spinach Dip
  7. Bruschetta with Grilled Bread
  8. Focaccia
  9. Garlicky Bean Spread
  10. Fromage Blanc

So what are YOUR favorite snacks?

Disclosure: I was compensated by Collective Bias for posting about the contest. All opinions are my own.

Great list! Now my stomach is growling. One of my favorite snacks (although not all that healthy) is a good spinach artichoke dip with toasted bread.
