It serves a crowd, and is great for a slow cooker! Barbecued Beef Created by Wendy Hammond on March 14, 2016 Serves: 6 Category: Main Dish Ingredients2 lbs stewing beef or venison1 teaspoon paprika1 teaspoon salt1 Tbs brown sugar2 Tbs Worcestershire sauce2 Tbs vinegar1/2 cup ketchup1/3 cup water2 large onions, sliced1 teaspoon chili powder InstructionsPlace meat and onions in a baking dish or crock pot.Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over meat and onions. Cover and bake at 325F for 2-3 hours or put everything in a slow cooker and cook on low for 8-10 hours.Shred the meat with two forks. The meat will soak up more of the juices as it is shredded.
