One of the things I've come to love about living in West Michigan is the proliferation of excellent artisan foods. We have award-winning goat cheese, several wineries, a bakery that uses traditional fermentation methods, and more. No matter where you live, I'll bet you have similar people making excellent foods.

The problem with finding recipes online is remembering where you found them later. A few years ago I made a fabulous savory rhubarb dish that used a lot of Indian spices. Unfortunately I can’t find it. But when searching around, I came across this recipe from food2.com. So I decided to give it a try.
Over the past week, the little sprouts have really taken off! It's fun to watch the little green shoots start to turn into something recognizable.
