Bacon, Beer & Jalapeno Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 package Wildtree Quick & Easy Beer Bread
  • 12 ounces bottle beer
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
  • 4 ounces can diced jalapenos, drained (or substitute two seeded chopped jalapenos)
  • 2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix together all of the ingredients. Divide mixture among a greased 12 cup muffin tin. Bake for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean. *Use half the amount of jalapenos if you prefer less spiciness.
