You might have noticed the ad on the right sidebar of my site. So what’s that all about?

Jenny from Nourished Kitchen (the same one who was featured on CNN!) is offering a really helpful online cooking class.

As a farmers market manager and experienced natural foods cook, I’ll show you how to prepare nourishing family-friendly meals with simple, step-by-step techniques. I’ve taken everything I know about cooking real food and condensed the information into 12 easy lessons – everything you need to get started. You’ll be able to find fresh local foods, maximize nutrition and minimize cost while developing simple, nourishing recipes that your family will love. Real food doesn’t have to be overwhelming or expensive … if you have the right know-how. In this multi-media, online e-course, you’ll learn how to shop in season, maintain a budget and plan healthy meals for your family.

I have seen her classes talked about all over the blog world, and how I WISH I could take them. Sadly. I cannot afford them right now. I WISH she offered the classes as individuals….I would do at least a couple of them that way.

Yeah, me either LOL. Actually, I’m saving up to buy a video camera right now and I hope to do some mini lessons on here for free 🙂 Except I hate how I look on camera. However, there IS a certain cook I know who I think would be great to partner with on this. She’s already doing some demos at Trillium. I bet she’d look great on camera and she’s super knowledgeable. Think she’d be interested? **hint hint**
