This is an old favorite recipe from my Pampered Chef days, which I had forgotten about. It's a real crowd-pleaser.

This is an old favorite recipe from my Pampered Chef days, which I had forgotten about. It’s a real crowd-pleaser. Being a PC recipe, it’s also super easy – just open up some cans, stir, and bake 😉

Source: The Pampered Chef Main Dishes

1/2 lb sliced bacon
1 cup onion (chopped)
1 lb ground beef
1 can cut green beans (28 oz can)
1 can red beans (15.5 oz)
1 can Great Northern beans (15.5 oz)
1 can black beans (15 oz)
2 cans pork and beans (15 oz each)
1 bottle honey barbecue sauce (18 oz)

1. Preheat oven to 350F.

2. In a large skillet, cook bacon and set aside; remove drippings; brown hamburger and onion and drain.

3. Meanwhile, rinse all beans except pork & beans. Add to cooked hamburger along with remaining ingredients.

4. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes.

Servings: 12

The Verdict: This is a tasty, filling, yet inexpensive dish, perfect for a potluck

I love hearing about names that people call dishes. Why are they called Swooner Beans?
