On Sundays I normally participate in the Sunday Supper blogging event where a number of bloggers post recipes on a specific theme. It’s a lot of fun and a great way to find new recipes.

Blueberry Smoothie

I have never really been a smoothie person, probably because of too many "shake for breakfast and lunch" diets over the years.
